I offer tarot as a tool for reflection and self-inquiry rather than fortune-telling, the insights support your choices and do not predict your future. Sessions can be short and focused (10–15 minutes, 1–3 cards) for quick clarity, or longer (up to 30 minutes) for deeper exploration of transitions, relationships, or personal growth. -
Yoga is so much more than flexibility. The physical practice of asanas (yoga poses) is just one of the eight limbs of yoga.
Through our time together, you'll cultivate breath awareness, mindfulness, and a deeper connection to your body. You'll build strength, improve mobility, and develop the kind of body awareness that translates into how you move through your entire day. Beyond the physical practice, we'll explore self-study (svadhyaya), meditation, and other practices that help you connect more fully with yourself. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, move with more ease, or simply create space for yourself, yoga offers a holistic practice that meets you exactly where you are.

Yes! In fact, it can support your pregnancy and labor. You can continue your yoga practice right up to birth.
Yoga benefits the mind and body, and classes are designed to address the needs and limitations of pregnancy.
Our prenatal classes feature abdominal exercises for effective pushing, pelvic floor conditioning for pre- and post-birth support, and education on labor positions and coping strategies such as Penny Simkin’s 3Rs.
